Empower Community Weekend (ECW) is an all day family-friendly event that brings together with the largest East African community in the Washington DC metropolitan area. Focused on helping people to thrive and to live a productive life, the event provides empowering panel discussions and resourceful workshops from industry movers and shakers.
The event is filled with Exhibitors showcasing their products and services, Career Pavilion with hiring events & recruiting resources, Kids and Youth Pavilion with fun filled activities, games, college prep and internship resources, and a networking mixer.
